Structural reinforcement.
The HEAVYLIFT Upgrade Kit provides a set of 6061 aluminum braces for reinforcing the lateral loading capacity of MotoCrane RADICAL. This ensures that during significant lateral vehicle movement (acceleration, braking, cornering), the lateral stiffness and safety factor are maintained. With HEAVYLIFT installed, you can aggressively maneuver the vehicle without concerns about overloading the lateral capacity of the arm.
HEAVYLIFT is recommended when using the ARRI SRH-3, Shotover G1, and heavier Ronin 2 builds, and when using heavier AVM’s like the Flowcine Tranquilizer w/ Passive Plates.
Simple, bolt-on design.
The HEAVYLIFT Brace mounts are simple to install onto the RADICAL fulcrum, and can be added/removed as desired.
While the standard payload capacity of 35lbs is sufficient for many compact cinema payloads, there is always the desire to carry bigger camera packages, lenses, and gimbals.
