1) How is my Referral Code used?
After you’ve enrolled, you will receive your welcome materials including your unique Referral Code. Share this code with any friends and family that you are referring to purchase MotoCrane products. The purchaser must enter this code during checkout in the MotoCrane Online Store, or in the correct field on the their Invoice/Quote Request submission. Examples below:

2) I still don’t get it. Give me an example.
Okay, picture this- You’ve got an incredible MotoCrane rig and someone from outside your region contacts you asking "Hey, we’ve been thinking about getting a RADICAL, how has your experience been?” You explain how the rig is obviously awesome, that you recommend it, and that you can even get them a discount on their order. So you give them your unique MFFRP Referral Code, and they buy RADICAL for $24,950 USD, receiving a 3% discount ($748.50 USD) thanks to you!
After their order ships, MotoCrane sends your 5% cash commission ($1,247.50 USD).
3% for them, 5% for you. Get it?
3) Can I use my Referral Code for my own purchases?
Yes! You are welcome to use your Referral Code on our own accessory purchases. When used in this way, the MFFRP functions as a rebate, where your 3% discount is applied instantly during checkout and your remaining 5% cash referral commission is paid back to you.
Please note that your MFFRP discount cannot be used in addition to other discounts. For example- MotoCrane Remote Arm Customers already receive a larger 11% Loyalty Discount automatically when purchasing an additional remote arm system, which is not in addition to your MFFRP discount.
4) How/when do I get paid?
During enrollment you can select 3 different payout methods: Check, Wire Transfer/ACH, or Paypal. Your payout will be issued as within 3-5 business days after the referred order ships. This is because some orders (pre-orders and reservations) only require an initial 50% deposit, where the complete payment has not yet been received by MotoCrane until the product has completed production and is shipped.
5) Are there any limitations to what MotoCrane products the MFFRP Referral Code can be used on?
All MotoCrane products are eligible for use with MFFRP Referral Code provided the purchase is not using another discount.
6) Do they need to be my actual, blood-related family members? What about a distant cousin? Or how close of friends do they need to be? Beers every week? National Holidays only?!
